If you want to work with large teams of people to produce your website, they may well do a good job, but people like that are not cheap, so allocate your budget accordingly.
Also - what was that saying about a camel is a horse designed by a committee?
Our team has over 30 years of software development experience in the IT industry working for both large blue chip organisations and small companies. (We are old enough to remember and have worked with mainframes). We have developed our own software and methodology for building websites, which makes us very efficient and we are a small private concern with very low fixed costs. The team includes a software engineer and an SEO / marketing specialist.
Also - they are not on the payroll but we have access to photographers and graphic artists - if they are needed.
